TERMS OF SERVICE

General terms of use:
1. Do not edit or repost my work without written permission. Do not reupload it to sites such as Redbubble, Society6, Threadless, etc.
2. Use for profile pictures, headers, etc. (non-profit use) is OK with credit. This does not apply to commissioned pieces (use without credit is fine).
3. Do not use commissioned pieces without written permission from the commissionee.
4. Contact me to discuss using my art for commercial purposes.
5. Do not use my art to train AI.
6. Do not use my artwork for any NFT related purposes.
Terms of service:
1. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
2. I will not start a commission before recieving payment.
3. I can make small edits for no extra charge (changing off-coloring, forgotten markings, etc).
4. I do not negotiate my prices. Please do not ask.
5. I reserve the right to post and use any commissioned work for the purpose of advertising myself and/or providing art examples. If for whatever reason you don't want me to post your commission, this needs to be communicated to me at some point prior to me finishing the artwork.
6. Please do not heavily alter or edit any commissioned pieces without asking first.
Design use:
1. I don't mind taking inspiration from my designs, as long as the design does not look extremely similar to my own. Please ask the owner of the design if it's okay rather than me.
2. Please do not change my designs beyond recognition when redesigning them. If you're not sure what is too far, ask me personally.
3. Do not sell my designs for more than they are worth. It's okay to count your own art, art trades, etc. into the value of the design (anything other than gifted art).
4. I do not claim ownership over any color palettes or design concepts. Please just do not explicitly copy my designs. Use common sense, or again, ask me.
5. Do not copy any outfits I've designed for my characters, as they are my own designs as well.
I do not have any sort of "blacklist", but preferably do not use my artwork if you are blocked.

WHERE TO COMMISSION ME?

I take commissions via Ko-fi or Google Forms.

I am OK with drawing:
1. Anthro, humanoid, feral, MLP, Roblox avatars
2. All genders and body types (less confident with very skinny or muscular body types, but I am comfortable making an attempt)
3. OC x Canon
4. Fanart (art of characters from established franchises)
5. IRL people or animals
6. Light gore
7. Non-sexual nudity
I am NOT ok with drawing:
1. Explicit NSFW or fetish related content
2. Heavy gore
3. Pairings that are incestuous or pedophilic
4. Anything containing hateful language or imagery
5. Political candidate flags or merchandise
ASK about:
1. Unique species
2. Complicated designs
3. Mecha/armor
4. Suggestive artwork
